MOULIN DE LA BORIE

Since its reconstruction in 2017, the Moulin de la Borie has been producing flours from local cereals grown mainly on the Causse Méjean. Two millers work there year-round. The flours milled on the site : Modern and ancient wheats, spelt, spelt, buckwheat, rye and lentils are all flours whose nutritional and taste qualities they seek to highlight. A 45-minute tour is set up to discover this mill . It traces the history of the mill since the 17th century and allows you to discover the cereals...
