The self-sufficient economy of the Tarn gorges was essentially based on agriculture: vines, walnut trees, cherry trees, almond trees, a few legumes and fodder plants to feed the goats and sheep. The Vieux Logis museum through the reconstruction of a habitat of yesteryear, invites you to discover the daily life of women and men over the past centuries, on the steep slopes of the Gorges du Tarn.
