  • A large portion of this route takes place on trails and through forests. The profile of this route has some challenging features in places. Mountain Bike Area - FFC Mende

  • The first 4 kilometers are on relatively easy, rolling trails with little elevation gain. Ideal for warming up! But beware! The next 800 meters present a real challenge in the form of a very steep climb with 120 meters of elevation gain! The gradient eases off a bit for the following 6 kilometers. You can catch your breath on about a kilometer of gentle downhill before tackling another climb (gentler than the previous two) of approximately 2.7 km. The remaining 8 kilometers are downhill,...

The remaining 8 kilometers are downhill, passing by the Saint-Privat Hermitage (one of the historically emblematic sites of the city of Mende) with a beautiful panoramic view of Mende and the Lot Valley. The hardest part is behind you, but be careful on the descent, which is a bit technical... Road access : The start of the circuit is located in the parking lot of the Jean-Jacques Delmas sports complex, in front of the intercommunal swimming pool (Route du Chapitre).
