"Magnificent route that plunges us into the heart of the Bramont Gorges, little known but yet sublime" After a brief section on the road (approximately 500 m), the first half of the route consists of a bucolic path above the river : the vegetation is beautiful, the river powerful, the path pleasant. The climb is very gradual, no particular difficulty. The arrival at the hamlet of La Fage signals the end of the climb. You can quench your thirst there (fountain) and admire its Tourmente bell...

The climb is very gradual, no particular difficulty. The arrival at the hamlet of La Fage signals the end of the climb. You can quench your thirst there (fountain) and admire its Tourmente bell tower. We then embark on a path which offers splendid views of the Gorges and the valley, we can even see the Puechs des Bondons and the Balduc trick. Halfway down, we marvel at the hamlet of Bassy, 3 houses with typical granite architecture, which seem out of time. The descent ends with a slightly steeper track which returns directly to the village of Saint Etienne.
